Western Regional Sales Manager

What You Will Do: Drive revenue growth across the Western region through strategic account development and new business acquisition Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, dealers, and industry partners Deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to support adoption and engagement Manage and coach an established network of independent sales representatives to maximize performance Execute regional sales strategies, forecasting, and pipeline management Serve as a trusted advisor on integrated lighting and control solutions for project-based environments Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Collaborate cross functionally to resolve customer challenges and enhance the overall experience Provide market intelligence and field insights to influence product and go to market strategy Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning What Sets You Apart Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability Technically curious, especially within lighting, controls, or smart home technologies Confident communicator with strong presentation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Motivated by growth, performance, and continuous improvement Qualifications 2 or more years of experience in sales, preferably within lighting, controls, or related technology Experience working with integrators, dealers, or design-oriented customers preferred Working knowledge of lighting systems and controls technologies is highly desirable Familiarity with protocols such as DMX, DALI, or similar systems is a plus Willingness to travel approximately 60 to 70 percent within the Western region Must reside on the West Coast near a major metro area
