About the role
HR Generalist Remote | Cincinnati area$75,000 to $80,000 Belcrest Vacations is growing, and we're looking for an HR Generalist who loves the people side of HR but also knows how to keep the details from falling through the cracks. This is a hands on role with plenty of variety. You'll support employees and leaders across our portfolio of vacation rental brands and play an important part in creating a consistent, positive employee experience. What you'll own• New hire onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness• Employee offboarding, exit interviews, and required documentation• Background checks, I 9s, E Verify, and HR compliance records• Day to day employee questions and HR support• Employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and events• Coordination of key People meetings, projects, and action items• Partnership with General Managers and HR leadership across multiple brands You'll probably enjoy this role if you...• Like being the person people can count on to get things done• Are organized enough to manage several moving pieces without losing the details• Enjoy working directly with employees and managers• Have hands on HR experience across onboarding, employee support, and compliance• Are comfortable working independently in a growing, multi brand organization• Communicate clearly and know how to handle sensitive information with discretionA little about the setup This is a remote position, but we're specifically looking for someone who lives within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati and can be available locally when needed.
