About the role

Supporting the expanding investor relations and capital functions, the full-time remote Investor Relations Associate will manage investor communications, coordinate meetings, and maintain CRM records while ensuring a professional experience for current and prospective investors.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a responsive point of contact for investors, assisting with inquiries and ensuring timely communication Coordinate logistics for investor meetings and events, including scheduling and follow-up Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage investor-related documentation and reporting schedulesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in investor relations, client service, or a similar relationship-focused role Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot or InvestNext is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information
