About the role

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience with a strong focus on Network, Voice, and Infrastructure projects. Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory PMP certification. Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP), Jira, and Confluence. Experience working in enterprise environments; financial services industry experience is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Network and Voice technologies; wireless-focused backgrounds are not preferred. CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent networking expertise is desirable for managing technical teams and initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Network, Voice, and Infrastructure programs and projects. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Support change management, implementation planning, and weekend deployment activities when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
