- Understanding of physical security controls and access governancePOSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Senior Physical Access Control System (PACS) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in AMAG Symmetry and enterprise physical security environments. The consultant will support the design, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, integration, and ongoing maintenance of PACS solutions across secure facilities and critical infrastructure environments.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and support the AMAG Symmetry PACS platform across enterprise environments. Configure and maintain access control systems, security devices, controllers, readers, and associated components. Manage employee badges, credentials, access levels, and provisioning/de-provisioning activities. Troubleshoot PACS application, hardware, connectivity, and access-control issues. Monitor and investigate physical security events, alarms, and access exceptions. Support integration of PACS with related physical security and enterprise systems.
