About the role
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale site or construction management, preferably involving process equipment or industrial system installations.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food manufacturing, energy, utilities, or another regulated industry.
- Proven experience managing large installation projects and field teams.
- Strong understanding of OSHA requirements, site safety, and safe work practices.
- Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, startup, qualification, or similar project execution activities.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, project requirements, and contractual documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced field environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and international colleagues.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel approximately 80% for project assignments.
- Charlotte, NC area residence strongly preferred.
- Must be able to meet customer site access and background screening requirements.
