About the role

To support innovative design processes, the full-time AI Design Engineer will build AI tools for generating UI designs, develop design-to-code workflows, and ensure accessibility compliance, all while working remotely within 180 miles of specified locations. Key responsibilities: Build AI tools that generate first-pass UI designs using design system components and user research Define and maintain a quality framework to evaluate AI-generated experiences and automate design workflows Document new AI-enabled processes and map complex workflows to align cross-functional teams Required qualifications: Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions and workflows that generate UI designs from natural-language requirements Strong front-end development skills with experience in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Components Practical experience with WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility conformance testing and assistive technologies Ability to create process maps and diagrams for complex workflows Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to gain alignment and support testing and training
