Job Title Silicone Mold Builder
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Build and pour new silicone molds according to production requirements Repair, adjust, and re-mold existing molds to extend service life Prepare and finish mold masters and mold components Replace worn or damaged molds as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic math skills Basic hand tool knowledge Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to read and understand SKUs, colors, and production schedules Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and proper attire)
