Computer Operator I - Night Shift

Pay: Up to $22.50 per hour

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Shift Pattern: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Saturday

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Richmond, VAResponsibilities Assist with the daily operation of computer systems. Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues as required. Complete daily checklist tasks under supervision. Report problems to the Senior Computer Operatoror supervisor. Respond to customer questions and follow up appropriately under supervision. Assist with recovery activities needed to restore normal operations. Follow established escalation procedures across Computer Operations and related departments. Support senior computer operators as needed. Track and document issues using a ticketing or tracking system. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Strongcustomer serviceskills. Comfortable working with computers and technical systems. Ability to follow documented procedures and escalation steps. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts. Ability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Saturday. Must pass acriminal history background check. Must pass anFBI-like background checkrequired to obtain agaming license.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in ahelp desk, computer operator, NOC, data center, or technical support environment. Experience documenting issues in a ticketing or tracking system.
