About the role
Our Client, a Global Financial Services Firm, is seeking a Legal Entity Specialist in their Dallas, Texas location.

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple client implementations while ensuring timely completion of all deliverables
Evaluate project plans and recommend process enhancements and operational improvements
Build and maintain relationships with cross functional teams and third party vendors
Lead client meetings and prepare project trackers, status updates, and milestone reporting
Identify and resolve gaps in workflows, processes, and project execution
Foster long term relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders
Review and interpret financial documentation across multiple domains and sources
Quickly learn proprietary products and client business lines through complex engagements
Maintain and validate client data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
Partner with clients to implement new workflows, requirements, and operational processes
Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions
Support and contribute to the growth and development of a diverse team
Qualifications:
Proven success managing and delivering client service or managed service projects
2+ years of experience within a regulatory, financial services, or process management environment
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in deadline driven environments
Excellent analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Basic understanding of financial services firms and investment management operations
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Creative thinker with the ability to develop solutions and navigate challenges effectively
Experience tracking and reporting KPI metrics to leadership
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of seniority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills preferred
