About the role

RxSight, Inc. in Aliso Viejo, CA, is seeking a Materials Scientist to translate silicone- and acrylic-based material systems into robust, scalable production processes. You will lead development from feasibility through process development and manufacturing transfer, collaborating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams. The ideal candidate has a Ph.D. or M.S. in a materials-related field and extensive experience with polymer systems, DOE, statistics, and materials
