About the role

Aman Group, with offices worldwide including Miami, seeks a senior F&B development leader to drive the creation of concepts and brand identities across the Aman Group portfolio. You will shape global guidelines, signature dishes, and the day-to-night atmosphere for ultra-luxury experiences. Collaborating with regional directors, you will set standards for all F&B touchpoints, oversee OS&E specs for new hotels, and support refurbishments within budget.
