Job Description: We are seeking a Web Strategy Operations Specialist to support website operations, digital campaign execution, reporting, and process optimization across multiple business initiatives. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, leveraging automation and AI-driven workflows, managing digital assets, coordinating landing page releases, and providing performance insights that help drive customer engagement and subscription growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups. This position combines website operations, data management, project coordination, dashboard reporting, and process improvement to help ensure digital initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills & Experience: 2-4 years of experience in web operations, digital marketing operations, business operations, project coordination, analytics, or a related field. Experience working in enterprise, agency, digital, or consumer-facing environments. Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis. Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights. Experience working with multiple business units and cross-functional teams.
Compensation: Up to $40/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
