About the role

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PTA or COTA preferred) for the Rochester Restorative Care Center in Rochester, MN. The incumbent will lead all therapy operations within the facility and ensure alignment with regulatory and company standards.
