About the role
Working remotely, the full-time Associate, Process Optimization will manage cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and analyze data to support organizational goals while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, assisting in the development of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop implementation and communication strategies for effective change management
Required qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting
2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management and workflow design
2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
