About the role
The Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA) seeks a Division Manager or Manager, Fare Integration to lead regional fare policy development within the Capital Programming & Planning department. You will guide fare structure, equity analysis, and multi-modal passes as part of a transition to a unified system by 2030.
You will work with CTA, Metra, Pace and external stakeholders, report to the Director of Planning & Performance, and oversee project plans, vendor relations, and interagency
