You're a strong stylist who's ready for more than a chair. At Sport Clips Canal Winchester, the Assistant Manager runs the floor alongside the Store Manager, coaches the team, and gets paid for results — with a direct path to running your own store.
What you'll make
$26–$35/hr base plus leadership pay on top

What you'll do:
Run the floor when the Store Manager is off — opening, closing, and keeping the wait times down
Coach stylists on the MVP experience, product recommendations, and client satisfaction scores
Help with scheduling, inventory, and team huddles
Set the example behind the chair — you're still cutting, and you're the standard
Train as the next Store Manager — this is the seat we promote from
What we're looking for:
Active Ohio cosmetology or barber license
Experience behind the chair and a track record of strong numbers — or the drive to build one
A natural leader: you'd rather help the team win than win alone
Reliable, organized, and available for weekends and key shifts
