What You'll Do as a Paint Line Production WorkerYou'll support daily paint line operations by preparing, handling, and securing metal parts as they move through the production process. Hang metal parts on the paint line using racks or hooks Remove painted parts and stack or bundle them for shipment Use steel banding equipment to secure finished products Work with a team to safely handle large or heavy items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with cleaning paint booths, tanks, and hooks as needed Report equipment issues or quality concerns to the team leader Complete an on-site banding test to demonstrate tool proficiency Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Previous paint line, powder coating, material handling, or manufacturing experience Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift Team player with a solid attendance record Willing to follow safety procedures and work with hand tools/equipment Ability to read a tape measure accurately (measuring test required) Ability to pass a banding test on-site to demonstrate tool proficiency
