Imaging Specialist The Imaging Specialist performs printing, scanning, document preparation, and finishing services while supporting departmental workflow. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, customer service, and leadership qualities, including initiative, teamwork, and the ability to guide and support others. Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn and adapt to new software, equipment, and departmental processes. Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Demonstrates proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, including: Bookmarking and hyperlinking, PDF manipulation, including OCR & cropping. Performs batch printing and manages print jobs efficiently and accurately. Operates multifunctional copier, scanner, and print equipment. Addresses and routes materials to appropriate individuals after completion of assignment. Exhibits leadership qualities by taking initiative, anticipating workflow needs, identifying potential issues, and helping ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time. Operates all binding and finishing equipment (spiral, velo, tape, coil, 3-hole punch).Flexibility to assume other job responsibilities within the department as needed. Overtime flexibility and the ability to cover other shifts as needed, including off-site. Assists with the training and development of new and existing staff on reprographics equipment, procedures, workflows, and quality standards. Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, responding professionally to requests and working with internal clients to understand and meet their reprographics needs. Willingness and availability to participate in training and continually develop technical and operational skills. Performs other duties and projects assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities Required: Ability to work effectively in a production environment. Ability to communicate with all personnel via phone, e-mail or in person. Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments within specified timeframes. Ability to lift and carry 50lb transfile boxes. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D.Minimum of five years in Duplicating center environment.

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 – $80,000.
