As a Dining Services Cook, you'll prepare fresh, high-quality meals, support daily kitchen operations and ensure residents receive delicious food served with warmth and hospitality. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a large, fast-paced kitchen and finds purpose in serving others. This position is based at Sam Swope Care Center, located on Masonic Homes Kentucky's Louisville Campus. The Care Center provides skilled nursing, memory care, palliative care, rehabilitation services and dialysis—all in one community.

What You'll Do:
prepare ingredients and cook meals according to menu standards and dietary requirementsfollow established recipes, portion guidelines, quality expectations, and presentation standardssupport meal service by coordinating with dietary staff and ensuring timely, accurate platingmaintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and work areafollow all sanitation, safety, and food-handling proceduresmonitor inventory and communicate supply needs to leadershipassist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and closing duties as neededcontribute to a positive, resident-focused dining experience every shift Masonic Homes Kentucky is an EEO Employer - M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
