Salary Range: $25.00 To $29.00 Hourly
The Supervisor – Graphics Production oversees daily graphic production operations, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflows, and on-time project delivery. This role leads production team members, manages specialized printing and finishing equipment, maintains quality and color standards, and coordinates production schedules, maintenance activities, and installation support to meet client and company expectations. This position does have supervisory responsibilities. Performance will be evaluated based on fulfilling the responsibilities of the position in a timely, accurate, professional, and responsive manner.
Essential Job Functions: Supervise graphic production, finishing, installation, and shipping activities
Operate and maintain EFI Pro30H, HP Latex 365, Zund, and laminating equipment Ensure quality, color accuracy, and adherence to production standards Manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and service coordination Monitor inventory usage, material tracking, and production documentation Manage team member timecards and production records Support rework initiatives and continuous process improvement Coordinate Graphics production and cross-functional workflows Participate in project planning, preset meetings, and site visits as needed Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment
Education and Qualifications: Completed post-secondary education in Graphic Arts, Visual Communications, and/or Printing preferred 5+ years flatbed operating experience, 2+ years roll-to-roll/vinyl experience is preferred Must have working knowledge of production software, hardware, wide format printing and installation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred Demonstrates strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills Exhibits a positive attitude with the ability to work with a variety of people and personalities, and at all levels Strong initiative and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, adjust to peak volume, and rush orders in a fast-paced environment Keeps up to date on latest trends in wide format printing and graphic production Committed to continuous process improvement Ability to effectively delegate as necessary Works effectively with others and as a part of a team Ability to work overtime, and at times, with minimal notice
Physical Requirements: Remaining in a sedentary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods Ability to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking Ability to lift large rolls and/or sheets weighing 50lbs or more (team lift when able)
