About the role

MDS Communications is seeking a Call Center Representative to support nonprofit fundraising efforts from a home-based role. You will join one of several client teams, using predictive dialing to reach donors and secure contributions with a positive, script-guided approach. The position offers hourly pay of $15.00–$16.00, opportunities for bonuses, and benefits eligibility after a short introductory period. Training is provided to help you excel in donor communications.
