About the role

Are you a corporate leader ready to build something of your own – or an established coach looking to add recurring revenue? Either way, this could be your move. I run a TAB (The Alternative Board) franchise, and I’m bringing on a Certified Facilitator to launch and own their own peer advisory boards. You bring the leadership experience and the drive; TAB provides the proven system to turn it into a recurring, scalable practice. Two on-ramps, one system: Coming out of corporate? Build your own book of business on a turnkey platform – without buying a franchise outright. Already coaching or consulting? Bolt TAB’s recurring-revenue model onto the practice you already run. What makes it work: Recurring monthly revenue – members pay monthly, your income compounds as boards fill Real scale – a facilitator can comfortably run up to three boards, building a substantial recurring practice Lean time commitment – about 4 hours to facilitate each monthly board meeting, plus roughly an hour of one-to-one coaching per member, plus prep time Turnkey methodology – proven framework and materials, nothing to build from scratch Open territory – wide-open runway, not a saturated market you’re fighting over The value here is real: TAB facilitator certification and platform access represent a $25,000 training value. As a CF under my franchise, you step onto that proven system without the cost of building or buying it yourself. The upside: a facilitator running three full boards can earn up to roughly $250K/year for about 50 hours per month – plus uncapped add-on revenue on top. And the boards are just the base. You can layer on TAB consulting at $200–300/hour and deliver TAB’s proprietary programs – Strat Pro (strategic planning and execution), HI-MAP (the High Impact Manager Accelerator Program), and Corsum Next Generation Leaders – several of which carry five-figure engagement fees. The training to deliver these programs is provided to you at no cost. It’s an uncapped revenue stream stacked on top of your recurring board income, and it’s what sets you apart from an independent consultant. TAB boards run 8–12 members of business owners and executives who meet monthly to sharpen each other’s thinking. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, and your certification training is provided at no cost to you. You also get hands-on launch support to help you fill your first board. We’ll walk through the full compensation picture and what three boards can mean for you when we talk. Interested? Comment below or DM me and let’s start the conversation.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
