Job Description: Warehouse Staff
Location: East Coast Appliance400 North Military Highway, Norfolk, VA 23502
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (starting)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (weekends required)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments
  • Support daily warehouse operations
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment
  • Facility Maintenance
  • Perform general warehouse upkeep
  • Assist with inspections, inventory checks, and cleaning
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
  • This is a highly physical role involving constant movement
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
  • Ability to move items up to 250 lbs using a hand truck
