Responsibilities Include: Provide high-level personal and administrative support with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Manages complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and time-sensitive obligations across business and personal priorities Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries Plan and coordinate private dinners, social gatherings, business meetings, and special events Support scheduling and logistics related to the principal's board position with a professional sports team, including board meetings, game attendance, and guest hospitality Coordinate with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless coverage, including serving in that capacity during periods of absence Qualifications Include: 15+ years of professional experience 5+ years supporting the personal affairs of a business owner or comparable principal, required Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or private households preferred Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Suite, calendar platforms, travel booking tools, and expense systems Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressure Compensation: $130,000-170,000 annually Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
