Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves manual labor, material handling, and assisting with the organization and movement of inventory to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and move materials, products, and packages within the warehouse
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Assist with inventory organization and basic stock counts
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift experience a plus)
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
  • Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times
  • Assist supervisors and team members with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not required
Work Environment: Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
Schedule:
  • Full-time8am - 5pm may vary
  • Overtime may be required based on workloadEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous work experience is required in the logistics field.
  • Basic computer skills such as typing, MS Excel / Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Speaking knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
  • Ability to exercise judgment to quickly solve problems, working with minimal supervision
