The Recruiter is responsible for identifying businesses in need of recruitment help and matching qualified candidates to their job vacancies. This role includes uncapped commission as well as a guaranteed base salary. Expectations of the role include performing consistent outbound Sales / Business Development activity and generating a minimum of 5 qualified candidates submitted to your client companies each week. If interested, please apply here or reach out to awillette@carnegiesearch.comSales / Marketing Responsibilities • Use Company supplied lists, scripts, and market intelligence to perform consistent outbound Business Development Activity • Perform Research in your Niche Industry to become a functional expert in the roles you recruit • Track and contact advertised jobs within your niche • Develop focused Marketing lists with names and contact information on hiring authorities • Create and maintain niche-specific databases including information on Hiring Authorities, Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs), Merger & Acquisition Activity, and Industry Trends • Travel to Attend Trade Shows and Industry Events to build in person relationships Recruiting Responsibilities • Perform Direct Original Candidate Sourcing including identification of target companies and prospective candidates • Use company supplied software to identify candidate profiles and associated contact information • Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to identify passive talent • Perform preliminary candidate qualification, follow ups, and interview preparation • Handle, evaluate, screen, and initially qualify job advertisement respondents • Create and maintain a candidate database within your industry niche. Match candidates with current job listings in niche. • Find 5 Qualified Submittals Each Week • Generate a minimum of $200k in Production Credit on Placement Fees Annually
Qualifications:
  • Some Sales or Recruiting Experience is preferred
