Luxury Home Project ManagerThis premier custom home builder in Miami, specializes in high-end, luxury residential projects. The Luxury Home project manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Manage all phases of construction for ground-up luxury residential and select hospitality projects.Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.Oversee high-end interior build-outs, custom millwork, specialty finishes, and bespoke details.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow projections.Lead subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.Conduct regular site walks and quality control inspections.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements.Serve as a trusted liaison for discerning clients, delivering a white-glove experience.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
