Regional Sales Manager – Mining & OEM Solutions
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to develop and expand business within the Mining, Aggregate, Quarry, and Industrial OEM markets. This role is focused on identifying customer challenges and delivering custom-engineered solutions involving wear products, rubber and polyurethane components, conveyor systems, screening products, and bulk material handling applications. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong industry knowledge, established customer relationships, and a proven ability to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share within Mining, Aggregate, Quarry, and OEM accounts. Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits, and industry relationships. Conduct plant visits to assess customer operations and recommend customized solutions. Build strong relationships with maintenance managers, reliability engineers, plant managers, purchasing teams, and OEM engineering groups. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop custom components and application-specific solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through quoting, negotiation, contract award, and implementation. Understand customer applications involving wear, abrasion, impact, material flow, vibration, and equipment reliability. Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and achieve territory sales and growth objectives. Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers and develop new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of technical sales or business development experience within Mining, Aggregate, Quarry, OEM, or related industrial markets. Proven success generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships. Experience selling engineered products, custom-manufactured components, or application-based solutions. Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing environments and production processes. Ability to work closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, and procurement teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications: Established relationships within Mining, Quarry, Aggregate, or Industrial OEM industries. Experience with: Rubber products Polyurethane products Wear-resistant components Conveyor systems Screening media Bulk material handling equipment Engineered industrial products Knowledge of OEM product development cycles, including design review, prototyping, testing, tooling, manufacturing, and production launch. Existing network of industry contacts and key decision-makers.10+ years of relevant industry sales experience.

Build credibility with engineers, maintenance personnel, and plant leadership. Develop custom-engineered opportunities rather than relying on catalog sales. Operate independently while managing a large territory. Consistently generate new business and expand existing customer relationships.
