About the role
Allegion is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join a tightly-knit team in Colorado. You will provide technical leadership, define coding standards, and work with architects to design scalable, secure software solutions. Experience in Java and React is essential, with Golang helpful, and AWS exposure is desired.
You will mentor peers, participate in Agile-Scrum processes, and drive CI/CD adoption while collaborating with product and platform management to meet deadlines.
