About the role

Job Information: UniversaCare is hiring a homemaker and companion to care for clients in New Haven and nearby towns, Connecticut.
Pay: $16.94 to $25 per hour.
Schedule: Part-time and full-time.
What you'll do:
  • Provide companionship, conversation and activities
  • Prepare meals, do light housekeeping and laundry
  • Run errands and go with clients to appointments
  • Help clients keep a safe, steady daily routine
What you need:
  • A caring attitude and reliability; caregiving experience is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role
