What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Work closely with customers to determine the best plumbing solutions
Install, repair, and replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
Charge and collect payments for work performed according to company policies
Accurately document work performed in Service
Titan (including photos and job descriptions)
Maintain service vehicle and present a clean, professional appearance
Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on system maintenance

What You Bring:

1+ year of experience as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice
Must be 21 or older
Authorized to work in the USValid U.S. Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
Knowledge of plumbing systems
Service Titan knowledge a plus
Good communication and listening skills
