Insight Global's client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant professional to support a growing Investor Relations firm on a part-time, fully remote basis. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, investor communications, CRM administration, and event coordination while ensuring critical administrative functions continue to run smoothly. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage and maintain HubSpot CRM records, support email marketing initiatives, coordinate investor-facing events, create and format client-facing presentations, and perform Excel-based reporting and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in producing polished, accurate work.
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM records, ensuring contact information, reporting, and investor data remain accurate and up to date. Perform Excel-based reporting, spreadsheet management, data entry, and administrative tracking. Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations, investor-facing materials, and other business documents. Support investor communications through newsletter administration, email marketing campaigns, and communication tracking using MailChimp or similar platforms. Serve as a second reviewer for internal and external communications, presentations, marketing materials, and client deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and overall quality. Coordinate investor events, meetings, lunches, dinners, conferences, and other client-facing engagements, including vendor communication, venue coordination, scheduling, and logistical planning. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to leadership and internal team members across various business initiatives and projects.
