RN: Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor maternal and fetal status, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. Perform maternal/fetal assessments and monitor patient response to treatment. Triage obstetric patients and respond appropriately to emergencies. Circulate for C-sections and support obstetric procedures. Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process. Document care accurately and maintain patient safety and regulatory standards.
