About the role

Paycom is seeking a Manager of Cybersecurity Engineering in Southlake, TX to lead the cybersecurity baselines and configurations across the enterprise. You will provide technical leadership, mentor the security team, and guide projects spanning on-prem and cloud environments. You will partner with auditors and stakeholders to validate controls, drive secure architectures, and ensure compliant, documented processes. Travel up to 10% may be required.
