Job Description: Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a reliable and motivated Quick Lube Service Technician to join our high-energy service team. If you're passionate about cars, love working with your hands, and want to grow in the automotive industry — this role is your entry lane to success! You'll handle oil changes, inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude. ?? ??
Responsibilities: ?? Perform oil and filter changes?? Rotate tires and inspect tread wear?? Check and top off vehicle fluids?? Replace air/cabin filters and wiper blades?? Keep service bays clean and organized?? Follow dealership and OEM guidelines?? Communicate service needs clearly with advisors ? Assist with multi-point inspectionsRequirements?? High school diploma or GED?? Valid driver's license and clean driving record?? Basic automotive/mechanical knowledge?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active?? Strong attention to detail and safety?? Eagerness to learn and advance in the trade?? Prior lube or light-duty tech experience is a plus (but not required!)??
