About the role

Alcohol & Substance Use Intervention Specialist This position is grant funded for the 2026-2027 school year. Continued employment beyond this term is subject to district funding.
Position Title: Alcohol & Substance Use Intervention Specialist
Location: District-Wide (contingent upon department and student needs)
Work Year: Classified Specialty Fields (205 paid days)
Hours/Days: 8 hours per day | Monday - Friday
Work Schedule: 7:15 am - 3:45 pm (Please note: Work schedule is subject to change based on site/department needs)
Salary: $3400 - $41.27 per hour (Range 40 | Classified Salary Schedule)
Job Requirements: Eligible candidates must meet ALL minimum experience AND education requirements included in the job description. Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendation Proof of Education Requirement as listed below: Associate degree in Behavioral Science or Allied Mental Health Profession or a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or Allied Mental Health Profession or 315 hours of required Substance Use Disorder (SUD) education. Copy of Degree or Transcripts clearly showing applicant name, school name, and date units/degree awarded will be accepted Must be registered as an RADT, CADC-1, CADC-11, CADC-111, or LAADCWe recommend working on a desktop to complete and submit your application, as you may encounter issues working on a mobile device.
