Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Analyst to support a specialized financing program within a financial services organization. This role is part of a team that provides financing solutions to a field sales force, helping advisors and business leaders access the resources needed to grow and support their practices. The primary focus of this position will be supporting a succession loan program, ensuring loan-related documentation, communications, and processing activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Support the administration of a succession loan program, managing multiple active cases simultaneously. Coordinate with internal program managers, business partners, consultants, and financial institutions to facilitate loan processing and information sharing. Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy before routing for approval and funding. Monitor and manage a shared team email inbox, responding to inquiries and creating cases within established service-level agreements. Track loan applications through the approval and funding process, ensuring timely completion of required steps. Assist with loan-related administrative tasks, reconciliations, and reporting activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to established policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience working with accounting, bookkeeping, financial operations, loan administration, or similar business support functions. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and sound decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with loan processing, loan servicing, or loan documentation. Understanding of loan terminology and financial documentation. Customer service experience. Experience working with templates, forms, and process-driven workflows. Experience supporting financial services, banking, or lending operations.
