Job Description: Job Description As aCommerical Flatwork Foreman, you will coordinate with the Superintendent/Supervisor to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan and on schedule. You must be a consistent and dependable asset to your team in your attendance and performance. (You are expected to set the example for your team.) The Foreman role will be supervising, completing the work and leading, directing, and training the team. Hours are variable though can change due to outside factors including job scheduling and weather conditions. Work with Project Manager/ Superintendent/ Supervisor to study, interpret, and apply blueprints to projects. Inspect job site/project before leaving to ensure completion, quality, cleanliness, and complete customer satisfaction. Determine daily work schedules to ensure the project is completed within the timeline, communicate with other team members/customers if timelines change.
