Chicago based construction management firm managing construction nationally for commercial clients, looking for an aggressive and motivated preconstruction services professional that can perform competitive bids, conceptual budgeting, and project scheduling.

Responsibilities: Work with our project management teams to upgrade our preconstruction services technology Attend pre-bid site meetings Qualify subcontractors and suppliers Prepare and submit competitive bids / budgets and negotiated pricing Offering our clients Value Engineering opportunities Maintain historical data and keep us with construction and material pricing Work with and manage our Design / Build partners / projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management / architecture or related degrees Five (5) years of commercial preconstruction services experience Knowledge & experience in the most current estimating and software systems Strong interpersonal, management and written communication skills Salary competitive and commensurate with experience
