Electrical Engineer

This role is designed for an Electrical Engineer who is ready for more than task completion. We are looking for someone who can own technical work, coordinate across disciplines, support project execution, communicate clearly, mentor earlier-career staff, and continue building the judgment required for future project and team leadership.Key Responsibilities:Design lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage systemsPrepare construction documents, calculations, specifications, and code analysesConduct field surveys and support construction administrationCoordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and clientsAssist with project execution, budgets, schedules, and deliverablesMentor junior engineers and grow toward project leadershipRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field4–9 years of relevant electrical design experienceExperience with AutoCAD and/or RevitStrong knowledge of lighting and power designStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsEIT/PE preferredAGI32, SKM, or EasyPower experience is a plusWillingness to travel occasionally and perform field surveys.Ideal Candidate: A technically strong Electrical Engineer who wants to take ownership of projects, work directly with clients, and grow into a future Project/Team Leadership role.
