Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Training and Experience: Rank of Major or higher with a least 7 years' experience in listed field conducting reconnaissance, surveillance and electronic warfare support for multinational exercises, C3ISR taskings in support of joint, combined and coalition planning and logistical support for RF exercises. AOC experience in assessing multiple ISR inputs for tactical execution. Worked in Specialty Codes USAF - 14NX (Intel Officer), 13BXK (JSTARS).Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide expert-level ISR planning support for RF exercises, ensuring reconnaissance, surveillance, and electronic warfare inputs are fully integrated into joint, combined, and coalition mission design. Assist in scenario development by incorporating ISR capabilities, collection strategies, sensor employment, and multi-domain intelligence coordination. Leverage AOC experience to assess multiple ISR inputs for tactical execution, including sensor allocation, data fusion, dissemination paths, and time-sensitive intelligence support. Support mission briefings and debriefings by analyzing ISR collection effectiveness, sensor tasking accuracy, PED timelines, threat data contributions, and intelligence-driven tactical outcomes. Provide detailed ISR assessments for after action reviews, identifying strengths, limitations, operational gaps, and recommended improvements for future RF exercises. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLITY None
