Your QA Mission As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll help keep every batch on track (protecting food safety, product consistency, and customer trust). This role verifies that what we make meets standards every time and keeps clear records that keep us audit-ready. Key responsibilities include inline quality checks, verifying cleaning and sanitization results, completing environmental swabbing, running physical tests on finished goods, pulling shelf-life samples, and maintaining accurate documentation. You'll also take on other assignments as needs shift across the day. High School diploma or GED Knowledge and understanding of quality compliance QA/QC experience; at least 1 year in the field (food industry a plus) A Shift in Motion Your day starts early-typically between 5:30 am and 6:00 pm, with some 4:00 am starts when supporting the Sanitation Team. You'll move with the production pace, staying alert to details and coordinating closely with teammates as product runs change. Expect a mix of time on the floor and time completing records, with frequent check-ins that help you learn from experienced leads. Monday through Saturday is the norm, with some Sundays as needed-ideal for building hands-on experience quickly and developing skills that translate across food manufacturing QA.
