About the role

Frontier-Kemper Const Inc. seeks a Lead Fabricator to repair and construct fabricated products for Mining and Civil divisions, plus OEM equipment for Lake Shore division. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. The candidate will read drawings, perform layouts, and safely operate forklifts and cranes. Five years of related welding experience and AWS D1.1 certification are preferred. Must supply own tools and be able to work in all weather.
