About the role

Automotive Lube Technician Romano Ford has an immediate opening for an Automotive Lube Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lube Tech but is not required. As a Lube Tech at Romano Ford, you will be responsible for changing oil, replacing air filters, rotating tires, among other maintenance and repair tasks.

Pay: Pay starts at $30,000 per year and goes up to $50,000 for an experienced Lube TechLube Technician Qualifications/experience:
  • BOCES certificate or degree/training in automotive technology
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with automotive tools and equipment.
  • Valid NYS Driver's license is requiredNYS inspectors' license is preferred
Job responsibilities include:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Change oil
  • Replace air filters
  • Rotate Tires
  • Complete repairs in a timely manner while ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
