Senior Consultant, Hospitality Operations The Senior Consultant, Hospitality at 4xi Global is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for leading advisory projects, delivering expert analysis, and driving transformation across hospitality, foodservice, workplace experience, and service-focused environments. This role combines deep industry knowledge with consulting discipline, helping clients elevate the Human Experience (HX) through improved operations, service design, brand alignment, and strategic innovation.As a senior member of the consulting team, you will manage engagements from discovery through delivery, mentor junior team members, and contribute to 4xi's thought leadership and global growth.Education & Professional Background Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management , Business Administration , Hotel/Restaurant Management , or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hospitality leadership, consulting, or multi-unit operations. Proven experience in high-end hospitality, contract foodservice, workplace experience, or full-service restaurant management. Background working with Class A properties, large-scale foodservice environments, or hospitality-driven service organizations.Skills & Qualifications Strong consulting toolkit: research, analytics, problem-solving, storytelling, and executive communication. Exceptional operational knowledge across F&B, guest services, service design, and quality management. Advanced financial acumen, including P&L analysis, forecasting, pricing, and performance modeling. Skilled at journey mapping, experience design, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and industry technology platforms.Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations. Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience navigating complex organizations. Ability to build trust quickly with client leaders, teams, and partners. Skilled facilitator, able to lead workshops, discussions, and collaborative sessions. Personal Attributes Highly professional, polished, and client-centric.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. Curious, innovative, and energized by solving complex problems.
