Job Overview: Are you a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual looking to make a difference in someone’s life? We are seeking motivated caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. If you have a passion for helping others and want to work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you! We are looking for Overnight Caregivers in Gilroy, CA. The shift is 11pm - 7am. Caregivers MUST REMAIN AWAKE throughout this shift. Caregiver Pay Range$20 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support Help with light housekeeping and laundry Monitor and report changes in clients’ well-being or behavior Follow care plans and safety protocols Assist with medication reminders Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments as needed Foster independence and promote social interaction
Qualifications: Previous caregiver experience required Must register as a Home Care Aide with CDSS18 years old and a High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required Ability to pass a live scan background check and drug screeningCPR certificationTB test or chest x-ray Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.
