Job Overview:
Collects and documents inspection and quality checks data, analyzes the data to take corrective actions, identifies the process problem areas, and communicates it to the management.
Job Requirements:
- Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations, monitoring and adjusting machine settings per the work requirement.
- Assisting supervisors in aligning the resources to specific needs in production, analyzing the critical metrics for the teams' performance, and reporting them to the management.
- Ensuring the specified timelines are met along every phase of the project, keeping a record of time and quantities in production, and providing guidance and training to the team's newer members.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot operations and flow issues, adapting to procedures, techniques, and materials to meet the specifications of the output product.
- What your background should look like
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
