The Role: We are recruiting for two openings - a Tool & Die Maker and a Die Maintenance Technician. The skill set for both roles is nearly identical. Some people love building new dies, some love maintaining them, and some do both well - all are welcome. What matters most is your mechanical aptitude, your energy, and your attitude. Both positions will work directly in the tool and die department maintaining, repairing, and running dies on high-speed progressive stamping presses. You'll troubleshoot die quality issues at the press, identify root causes, and bring solutions to management and engineering.
