- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in the industrial, heavy equipment, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success in building territory pipelines and consistently closing deals
- Persuasive and persistent, with a relationship-first approach to winning business
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes
